Shipping Policy

All items (if in stock) will be shipped within one business day, if possible, by USPS first class, unless otherwise stated on the order.

To pick up product at store select "Pay In Store" as your payment option (even if your paying CC or cash) then select "In-Store Pick Up" as the shipping option.

(In-store pick up orders are held for up to three days.  If your order is not picked up by then, it will be cancelled and put back into inventory.  In the case of reocurring cancelled in-store pick up orders, you may be restricted in the use of this feature.)

Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by WarTornFront within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In the case of a return you must email us at sales@wartornfront.com, with "Return" in the subject line, before shipping the product back. We DO NOT accept returns on singles.

Refunds
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.

How does
War Torn Front protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will
War Torn Front  disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
War Torn Front does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with WarTornFront . WarTornFront may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

War Torn Front may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of WarTornFront, our users, or others.
